    Help with Communication Stream to Customers

    I am wondering how to find out what communications will be sent to customers who are managing their listings in the vantage directory and when they will be sent. For example, I have customers who have claimed a free listing and I have given them 15 days of "featured status" for free. Will they receive an automatic email at the end of the free period asking them if they want to pay for additional time of "featured status"? Also, when their listing expires, are they notified? Any help on where to find the timing and triggers of these communications would be fantastic.
