Issues with Vantage 1.3.3 (updating from 1.3.2)

I just updated our site (http://simplybasel.com/) from Vantage 1.3.2 to 1.3.3 and have a few issues.

We are using a child theme.

#1 - Logo will not appear although it is uploaded (see screenshot below)

#2 - Top add is "chopped" (see screenshot below)

#3 - All pages have comments turned on now.


Dimitris, do you know how I can fix these issues?

I am going to roll back to 1.3.2 in the meantime.
