It's All Gone Wrong Since Updating

Oh dear... Been working on a draft of a new site and all was going fairly well (except a few annoyances - which prompted the update) until I updated Vantage and now it's all gone wrong.
In my dashboard I have all the same widgets set-up but the 4 that should be in the footer are not appearing. One widget that should be in the sidebar is appearing in the footer (the only one appearing in the footer).

On 'Front Page' options (Settings > Reading) I now have 'Home' twice. One shows nothing the other shows all my main widget content above the listings.

Anyone know how I can fix it without going back to the backup and, sadly, the problems I had before?
