Logging Out of Vantage

Hello all, I know this may be a silly question but I have run into some confusion with this. Once a user logs in and reviews a listing, how can they log out. There is no link for them to do so. There is a login link, but nothing for logging out. I know that you can add a link to logout, but it will also show whether the visitor is logged in or not. Is there a way to set a link that will only show when the user is logged in? Any help is appreciated.
