Mass edit of existing addresses?

Hi All!

Here's my problem:
On my site that runs Vantage, I imported a number of business listings from the previous install (not vantage), and a large number of them were missing full address info (ie: they had street address but not city). So the problem is that the map in the listings may show the wrong location (as in totally different country). Is there a way to force the addresses to know its only in the city/area i want, or a mass way to update the city on all addresses?? We're talking 1500+ listings, so doing by hand would be annoyingly long.
