Problems with the radio buttons in costum forms

Hi,
i use the radio buttons options for "Yes" or "No" questions - also two radio buttons.
No radio button is activated if i publish the costum form.

The problem now is, if i activate an existing listing (the new costum form belongs to) and i publish the listing again (without doing any changes inside the listing), all the radio buttons getting activated (in my case it meens they are automatically activated to "Yes").
Thats not good, because if i had to to a change in the existing listings, for example a new telephone-number, the radio buttons also getting automatically activated.
