Put search query within custom template?

Hi,
I would like to make a custom page template that uses a search query and shows its results.
I'd like the following:

For instance i have a custom page template for the city 'London'.
I would like the template to have a search query that shows all the listings with the search term London and also have a radius of (i.e.) 50 kilometers. So basically the search string as it is, but then within a custom page template. How can i use the Vantage search string within a wpquery?
