Registration form with confirmation

Hello,
I would like to use a plugin for more security - like Pie Register (confirmation, captcha ...).
The problem is, that in the vantage theme already exist a registration form at site REGISTER using the Template REGISTER.
Now I would like to use the new form from Pie Register at this site. But using both at the same time there are problems.
I cant set a short code of this Pie Register Form at a empty site. The plugin recognize, if the site is using the REGISTER Template and appears automatically.

Help!
