Remove trailing double-zeroes from pricing plan

Any thoughts on how I'd go about removing the trailing zeroes from my pricing plans? For example, showing simply "$500" instead of "$500.00".

Functionally, of course, it makes no difference, but it's known to make things look more expensive in the eyes of potential buyers.
