Search "Near" Function Is Not Working

When I or customers use this feature, here is what is displayed:
Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data03/30/2658330/html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 766

I've had two complaints from customers that the site is not working and I have no idea on what the problem might be. My site's searches are all confined to a single zip code area and I don't know how to set up for a "neighborhood" search scenario. Is there a way I can disable the "Near" button?

    my site is http://calbayoginfo.com

    Thanks.
