Vantage - Not Flexible with Categories, Countries and Map?

Hi,

I try to start using vantage again and have some problems that I couldnt solve so far. For an directory for ONLINE businesses I need following functions. Hereby is the exact address of the listed company NOT important, only the country:

Two Categories section should appear within the menu:
- 1st category for countries the listed company is operating in (e.g. country 1, country 2, country 3)
- 2nd category for the type of services the listed company in (e.g. service 1, service 2, service 3)

The search bar should work for:
- categories
- countries
E.g. search result: service could be offered by 3 listed companies and 10 countries.

Is there any map function, that
- shows only the country but not the exact address (because the listed companies will not have an exact address but many countries they are operating in)?

Is there any possibility to modify the theme vantage in order to get the results mentioned above?
