What can we expect from the team ? the future of appthemes ?

As a club membership owner (for the second year) i would like to know what is in the pipeline and what can we HONESTLY expect from appthemes ? there are plenty of angry users around but haven't seen any official post from the TEAM what is going on or what will happen.

I personally started to look into other solution AND i do not want to swap. like my website as is but with WP updates and bug popping up without urgent solutions for our "paid" accounts i am worried i and other won't have a choice after a few more updates then to switch to something that works with the latest WP versions.

Not to mention the paid support is not actually working either really....it should be called "paid community support forum membership"
