What do you recommend for SEO setup for Vantage?

Hello,

I recently purchased Vantage and we're getting our site ready to deploy, and I have an SEO question.
I don't see any default description tags generated for posts, and I don't see a way to set up default description tag formulas inside Vantage. Is here a way to do this that I am missing? If not, is there a particular SEO plugin that you recommend, that plays nice with Vantage?

One more question: what exactly are the SEO-friendly features you mention in your site for the Vantage theme?
It would help me to know what those features are so I can make informed decisions going forward to perfect the SEO setup for our new site.
