Custom Forms - Nothing there to build

Hi there,

I was trying to setup custom forms for certain categories of the listings, but when I try to create one there is nothing there to choose from. No options available to build a form, like the standards forms in Vantage listing options.
I can create custom forms and assign them to categories, but no form builder options to choose from.

Please advice.
