URGENT! Dev-Build not attaching categories to forms

Apart for the dev build CSS in wp-admin being badly placed (some boxes cutoff, etc)

Was told to update to the current build to fix the problems with the membership packs.

Now none of the categories are attaching to the forms (old and new)

I created a new category and made a new form to test and it will NOT attach.

It shows as being checked off as the category in the forms layout page. It creates the form.

However it does not show up in the Form Layout page under categories. Confirmed the box is checked twice and saved.

NONE of the old categories are attaching, nor will any newly created ones attach (which were created just to test this)

Needs immediate attention as now the website is completely useless and no one can post anywhere


When making a post on the website the new category will show up for the user to post a new ad. However since it wont attach to the form, once selected it just hangs there and nothing will happen.
