Listing renewal process
My directory has annual subscriptions so I am just now coming up on the renewal period and I am wondering how it works. I do have the "Forced Recurring" box checked on the listing plan, and I do see a pending payment for the listing about to expire next week. Also, I just found out that I needed to set up the IPN with PayPal so I took care of that today.
Am I missing anything?
Will the lister receive any automatic notice before payment is taken? Or do I need to manually remind them (since it's been a year!) that renewal is approaching?
Either way I will need them to sign another contract. Do any of you integrate contract signing into the checkout process and if so, how does that work?
