Listing Renewal Process
I have two questions about the renewal process for listings.
Firstly, when a listing expires do we have to manually change the status of the listing from "Published" to "Expired" in the back end or should Vantage automatically do this? In testing with a free listing it does not seem to change the listing to expired when the date ticks over without manual intervention.
Secondly, and I know this question has been asked before, but how can I prevent users from renewing a free listing? If I am offering a one month free trial I dont want users to be able to renew for another free month - which as it stands they can.
