No Way to Make a Draft in Vantage

There is a Draft count in the author stats. However, there's no draft button. I remember a version of Vantage a while back that had two buttons:

1. submit listing
2. save as draft

Now there's no "save as draft" button.

Also, I haven't checked Classipress yet. But I believe the button's gone in Classipress, too.
