Website link in profile not working?

Hi there

A paid up user on the site (www.eftregister.com) has logged into their profile setting and changed their website address from

https://www.counsellingcentrallondon.org.uk/ to https://www.counsellingincentrallondon.co.uk

However, she says whenever she clicks on her single listing profile page, it takes her back to the old website address.

I have checked and she is correct. I changed the web address in Listings and in the User settings. I have added the https.... I have updated the changes but every time I click on 'preview changes' and click on 'website' in the profile settings, it goes back to the old website. Sometimes I have gone back in and the listing has reverted back to the old website address as if it's changing it on it's own!!

Just gone back in and it's gone back again to old website address!!!!!

Any help here please? I am at a complete loss. See attached. Cynthia1.jpg
