    Payment agreement?

    Hi, Im new to Hirebee and I have a question about the agreement process, example lets say Im employeer and make a project budget for 1200 for some wordpress site in this case the freelance may send a proposal for 1300 for any reason just in case the employeer decide to agree how the project cost will be adjust before the agreement for make the payment?
