    Creating a user agreement etc.

    I am trying to create a user agreement, privacy statement and so on and would like to post a link to these on my site at the bottom of each page. Do i just need to upload these to my server and then create a link to them on the bottom? I also think might be important to everyone who is currently using jobroller as well. Thanks
