*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Issues.
1. City.
I have custom taxonomy city and it has provinces and cities.
Do you think it's possible to show 1st level dropdown box for provinces and 2nd level dropdown box for cities (related with province)?

This is a sample pic from google. it shows 3 level but I just need 2 level.

If it is not possible, I just want to show only provinces. please let me know how to do.

2. My custom taxonomies are not searched at all.
