add links in the footer and other newbie questions with Jobroller

Hi,

I'm another complete newbie, hope you can help, I've got a few questions with Jobroller:
-How can I add links (to T&C and Privacy pages for example) in the footer of the website?
-How can I change the titles of some tabs. In particular, i'd like to change the term "Tags" to "Keywords"
-Indeed search results: I have set up Indeed to only show results following specific criteria (example: "French") which works fine when I open the website. However, when I do a search from my homepage (ie "sales" in "UK"), the results given by Indeed don't follow my filter search keyword ("French") and show all sales jobs in the UK (instead of all sales jobs in the UK where "French" is a keyword in the job advert). Can I change this?
