Adding Jobroller to an existing Wordpress Project?

Hi Guys, is there an easy way to integrate Jobroller to an existing Wordpress Project?

I allready have a lot of content articles and other things on there and dont really want to change the theme it was modified and all that.

Would it be best or not so good to install jobroller on a subdomain like for example. jobs.freelancerinfowebsite.com?

Iv read something here via search about adding WordPress Multisite network is this better than subdomain? It does look abit more complicated than using a subdomain
