Change the geo short country code to a more longer version

Hi,

I have been playing around with my jobroller template and came across geo_short_address_country which would then display the 2 digit country name.

Example GB for Great Britain.

Are there any other codes that we can use in there to change things around a bit?
I was looking to change geo_short_address_country to something that would show the long version of the country so instead of displaying GB it would show Great Britain. What would the code for that be?

Also as i'm building a child theme up I would like to know if there are any other codes that I could use, like that tag mentioned?
