Changing the font of the job description and apply output

Greetings friends,

I am using "no HTML" in my job posts as some of my posters have been doing a cut n' paste of jobs with lots of formatting and it has caused real strange (or no) output.

The default / standard font is (I find) too small and to faded to be easy to read. I am searching for a way to increase the size of the output by a couple of pixels and where I change the hex code to darken the font.

Anyone?
