    Create "Job Status" filed for job poster

    Hello,

    I was wondering if there is any way to create an other custom filed called "Job Status" filed for job poster.

    This filed can be drop down selected filed.

    Such as

    Job Status

    -Contract
    -Permanent

    I am looking forward for your reply.
