Different roles in jobroller

Hi,

My website uses Jobroller template
1. I would like the employers submit jobs free, then I have no package, all is free (to submit a job and to see resumes)
2. I would like the jobseekers submit their resumes

My questions:
Which role by default in settings admin I have to use ? Because when a new user subscribes on my site he has to choose between jobseeker (look for a job and can apply for a job) and employers (who submit jobs and can see resumes)

My brother as contributor tried to add his resume but doesn't run.
