Job alerts and resume upload - on demo?

More of a pre-sales questions this one, but I can't see these options on the demo site?

How does the job alerts work i.e. does the user need to be registered, do they select a category or?

Also if a user is logged in and has uploaded a resume, when they apply for a job is it automatically attached to the job or do they have to upload it again? A quick (one-click) application would be ideal, repeating the same data over and over seems unintuitive and will put people off.
