JobRoller Demo Browse Resume?

Forum user tigress4 had asked about this sometime ago and I would like to ask the Appthemes team to configure the JR demo site so we can see how this can work. The functionality listed below should not have to be a hack in order to work.
For the "
Browse Resume" button on the top Nav - I would like to HIDE it from unregistered visitors and job seekers(whether registered or not) on the website. I would think this feature can be a selling point for Employers to register with my job site and
should not be available for anyone to freely browse through. (1.) How can I hide this button from the top menu and make it visible only to Registered Employers, not to job seekers and general visitors on the site?
