Job poster cannot upload logo if uploads folder set to 755 permissions

    Hi

I have my uploads folder set to 755

When trying to post a jobs I get the error

ERROR[LEFT]: The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxs.com/wp-content/uploads.

What can I do to solve this problem

I a not keen on setting the folder to 777 in which case the file upload will work

    Thanks
