    Job Preferences for Job Seeker not working & Job Alerts not working.

    Hi,

    I got two questions regarding Job Roller:-
    1. why in my Job Seeker Dash Board,the Job Recommendation not showing Jobs according to Preferences made by Job Seekers?
    2. My Job Alerts are working with Job Roller >Alerts option to self mail for testing ,but my Job Seekers are unable to receive Job Alerts in their mails? How to send Job Alerts to Job Seekers Mail??
