    JobRoller only built for small sites?

    Why is it declared that JobRoller is capable of handling only small-medium sites?

    What is the definition of small-medium?
    What is the maximum capacity that it can hold?
    Is it capable of handling 10,000 jobs? and approx 100 users simultaneous on site?

    What are the side-affects?
