Need help in customising JobRoller child theme

Hi,

I have faced the following issues while using JobRoller child theme:

1. The primary navigation menu at the header is supposed to be aligned right in line with the original theme. But when I used child theme, it is aligned left just beside the logo. How do I fix it? I need the main nav menu aligned right.
2. I find the job type buttons, such as Freeland, Full-time, Part-time etc., in different colors in the original theme demo. But as I am using the child theme, I find no color in the buttons, all the deep gray. Please let me know how do I bring colors in the job type buttons.
3. In the Payments Settings section, I find currencies of different countries in drop down option. But there is no Bangladesh Taka (BDT). But I need BDT as a currency option. Please let me know how do I add BDT in the currency drop down option.

I need your help urgently. Please respond with solutions.
