Need a Jobroller Freelancer

Hi,

I need a freelance programmer familiar with the Jobroller theme and customizing the code for a very simple job.

I tried nearly every listed programmer on the "AppThemes Featured Partner" page. I only got two responses back, both telling me they couldn't do the job.

Like I said before, the job is basically very simple...

I just need for job listers and resumé listers to be able to add embedded videos to their listing. The embedded video should be optional for job listers, but I need it to be a requirement on all listed resumés. The back-end form should fit attractively into the listing page. The front-end display should fit attractively into the theme.

If somebody can direct me to a good programer or a plugin that can accomplish this task I would be very appreciative.
