I've sent a couple of e-mails and have not had a response back. I purchased a plugin, which does not work with my site. Even the author/developer agreed it does not work after trying to debug it and said that the php version of my website isn't supported by the framework of the plugin. I just read that your refund policy is this:
04. Refund Policy
All sales are final since AppThemes’ products are software and instantly downloadable digital media. Once you have our software, there is no way to “return” it.
I purchased a plugin with the understanding that it would work. Does your policy mean that if you sell a product that does not work that it's too bad for the customer. I can't imagine that's how you do business. Please let me know.
