Starting working on jobroller again

I was working a lot on my project but had to stop due to unforseem circumstances. I was working on it when jobroller was first released but now thre is a 1.4 version out and i'm going to start from scratch again. I did make a lot of custom changes to my setup however i didn't create a child theme as i wasnt aware of such a thing until later on. Doh!
However - v1.4. Do job agencies who will be posting jobs on my job board now have the ability to view stored CV's which are uploaded by job seekers? I feel that this function adds a whole load of value to the job board.
Anything else interesting worth noting that i've missed out on in the past 6 mths?!
