    submit widget changes

    I want to achieve the following:

    1. when a non-registered/non-logged i user visits the site: show SUBMIT JOB button + SUBMIT RESUME button below it

    2. when logged in as job lister: show SUBMIT JOB button + MY ACCOUNT button ( resume button dissapears, extra account button visible)

    3. when logged in as job seeker: show SUBMIT RESUME button + MY ACCOUNT button ( job button dissapears, extra account button visible)

    i have looked in the theme files, but cannot find the correct files to do these changes.

    can someone tell me which files are involved?
