    What is a Recruiter (the new registration role option in JobRoller 1.7)?

    All I can find on other threads is this from a long time ago:

    " The 'Recruiter' role can only be assigned from the backend (Admin). This role exists mainly for those users that are not exactly Job Listers or Job Seekers. It can be assigned by an Admin to users that just want to browse and/or view resumes. "

    I know it can now be selected upon registration, but I'd like to know what functionality they have. What can/can't they do as opposed to Job Listers?
