Can you make this the default layout for the actual job page ?

As the post suggests - Could you make the job page display like the image I have posted by default.
I feel it is better laid out like this from an aesthetic point of view.
It reads better for the client and job hunter - basic design skills in designing a readable document to be honest.

The reason I ask is because I am trying to recreate the look of the theme to resemble this job boards layout.

This is a proper board with proper jobs in the uk. This is how I would like to create my site - after all I'm after his sharing some of the business he has.
