As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Cannot access empty property
I've tried reading some of the other threads but couldn't find an answer. My website is displaying the following error message in the footer:

New Coupons
Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ai/rp/or/airportparkingvouchercode.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/clipper/includes/theme-functions.php on line 387

I also have other errors on my store specific pages in which every time I add a new coupone I get:
Missing argument 2 for clpr_vote_box_badge(), called in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ai/rp/or/airportparkingvouchercode.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/koupon/loop-coupon.php on line 52 and defined in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ai/rp/or/airportparkingvouchercode.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/clipper/includes/theme-voting.php on line 323
