*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Unable to see coupon code and URL tabs in add coupon page
Hi,

I am trying to add a new coupon through wp-admin. Once I logged in successfully and trying to add a new coupon. But I am not able to see any coupon related fields in add coupon page. I could see only title and description fields. Could not see any other fields like coupon code and URL etc..Can you please check this?
