As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

SEO issue - is this a bug?
I have a new SEO crawling tool to assist me identify SEO issues, example titles too long/short, meta descriptions missing/too long/short, etc, etc, etc, etc

The tool has somehow picked in a possible big issue with the feed for each coupon to be broken (over 1500+ 404 errors)..

For example you can see the issue here against your demo:

This coupon link works
http://demos.appthemes.com/clipper/c...-reef-sandals/

but this coupon feed link generates a 404 error:
http://demos.appthemes.com/clipper/c...-sandals/feed/

I'm not seeing this type of error being reported yet in Google webmasters crawl errors, but i'm concerned about this...

Do you know or have an explanation why the tool might be crawling this feed url?
