   The AppThemes example csv uses 2013-04-27 00:00:00 as the format. In wp-admin they are 2014/01/28. I am not sure if this matters.

   And yes it does matter. The format must be like this in the excel column. 2014-01-31 00:48:56 Otherwise the time stamp will be wrong and your ads won't be published
