    Most would have a shortcode though so you could use the 'do_shortcode' php. Done this myself from time to time when I wanted to hard code a plugin function where no direct php code was available.

    Click 'Screen Options' top right of the screen and then check the 'Listing Categories' box. You should then see the categories appear.
