Can advertisers drag and drop the location in the map?

I've tried to post and ad in one of the site that use classipress theme from http://www.appthemes.com/showcase/

I found I cannot point the location by myself, the map shows automatically, but not the real point (just nearly).
If I buy classipress with mappress plugin ( http://marketplace.appthemes.com/plugins/mappress/ ),
Can advertiser drag and drop the location by themself on the post page?

By default, the theme requires an address to be entered rather than a specific map pin placement. To clarify, the MapPress plugin is not a product created by AppThemes, so to confirm functionality of it, we would recommend using the comments tab of the plugins marketplace page so that the plugin developer can advise directly.
