    Can't see support classipress threads

    Hello, I bought classipress a long time ago, but today when try to read classipress threads in this forum, i can't see the answers. It says i need to be a costumer to read support answers.

    I am a member, i can login to my appthemes account and to the forum, but still can't read answers.

    Need help with this please.

    I have this same issue, I just signed up for an account, and for some reason I can see this thread's answers. However I am unable to view the answers to the threads I really need access to. Can you fix my permissions as well?

    According to our records, the account that you have signed in with does not have any purchases attached to it. To clarify, only verified AppThemes accounts (i.e. those who have bought a theme from us), can access the support sections of our forums. If you have bought a theme from us, please log in with the account used for that purchase and you will be able to access the relevant sections of the forums. If you cannot recall this information, please email us with details of the purchase and we can investigate further. Thanks.
