Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to let any new ClassiPress forum users out there know in case they weren't aware, and remind those who may have forgotten..
Please remember that support for ClassiPress comes in the form of these forums only. If you have a question of any kind, please be sure to search the forums for your topic in the first instance, and if you cannot find the solution that way, then feel free to create a new thread in the relevant section of the forums.
We do not provide individual support to people who send PM's, as the forums are a way for other customers to find the answers to their questions and PM communication does not allow this to happen.
Although you are more than welcome to post questions about customizing your ClassiPress theme in the "Mods & Tutorials" section, please be aware that customization help is community based, and not officially supported.
We as moderators appreciate the support that members provide each other as well, so thanks to those who help us out by jumping in and helping others too!
I hope this clarifies things for anyone who was not aware of this. Thanks very much for your co-operation.
