To make it easier for some of you who are interested in purchasing an AppThemes theme, below is a list of some answers and useful links which may answer some of our more popular pre-sales questions..

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for here, or within the pre-sales forum, please feel free to start a new thread and our team will assist you with any questions you may have about any of our themes.

Q. When will the next new theme or update to an existing theme be released?
A. You can find this information on our Theme Release Status Page.

Q. I want to know more about an upcoming theme or version release than what is on the themes page. Where can I find this information?
A. All official announcements are made on the AppThemes blog, so we would recommend you sign up to the newsletter, or even follow us on Facebook or Twitter so you'll be first to know when these announcements are posted.

Q. Can I customize the theme to include features that are not currently available?
A. You are free to make any changes and/or modifications to our products to suit your needs. This includes all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products. Please note customizations are not officially supported, however as a customer, you can use the Mods & Tutorials forums to seek community based help if you wish.

Q. Will this plugin work with that theme?
A. Our Resources Page contains a list of the tested and recommended plugins, so if you choose to try using any other plugins outside of this list we cannot guarantee it will be compatible with our themes.
