I am a wordpress novice with no coding knowledge whatsoever. I see that the listings on the live demo include Title, Address, Categories, Phone, Website, Facebook, Twitter, 5 images, business description with seemingly unlimited character count and seemingly unlimited tags. In the backend demo, all I can tell from messing around with the custom forms is that you can add fields, but not remove any?

The reason I ask, is I was hoping to create custom pricing tiers so that it would cost extra for users to post images or a lengthy description. Is this possible to do without getting into the coding?

Yes that's correct, you are able to add fields, but the default fields remain even when using the custom form builder. There are no settings within the theme that would allow you to determine price by the number of images or description as mentioned, this would require customization on your part if you were looking to implement this.
